Blend
Home ground grains blended into flour of high protein.
Brown Rice, Amaranth Seeds, Pearl Barley, Buckwheat Groats,
Red Wheat, Yellow Peas, Rye, Millet all these are ground into
flour.
Combine
all by weight of equal parts, mix the grains before grinding.
Grind
Cornmeal, Soy, Flax seed, Rolled Oats and Non-fat Dry milk are combined
by weight of equal parts and mixed together.
Combind both and mix together.

Flours mixed. Do not grind flax. Grains mixed.
