1/2 cup Whole wheat flour

1/2 cup Rye flour
1/2 cup White flour
1/3 cup Molasses
1 cup condense Milk
1/2 cup Raisins
1 Teaspoon Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Preheat Oven 325°, Bring 2 quarts of water to boil

Combine dry
Combine wet
Fold together to just combine
Turn into greased container 1/3 to 1/2 full
Cover with foil or lid tie with string.
Place can or jar in pan with boiling water.
Place in oven and bake 2 hours, or boil on stove top.
Add boiling water as needed.
