Cheese Cake

                                                           Crust
                                                                                                            2          8 oz. Packages of Cream cheese
                                                                                                            1          Cup sugar
                                                                                                            3          Eggs            

                                                                                           Topping

                                                                                                   1          Cup Sour Cream
                                                                                                             1          Tablespooon Vanilla
                                                                                                             3          Tablespoons Sugar

Warm the cream cheese in microwave for 20 seconds to soften.  Blend cream cheese, sugar and eggs for crust. 
Pour into 9 inch ungreased pie pan.  Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.   Let cool for 30 minutes to let collapse.

 
Mix Sour cream with sugar and vanilla.  Pour into well of the crust. 
Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.  Let cool and keep refrigerated.  Best first day.
