 Board needs some fixes but all home made boards have their issues.

Servo Shield  Pins,  Red +3.3V, Black -3.3V, Orange  Z+ End Stop.   Requires G Code to be edited.  
Z up = M5,  Z down =  M3 SO30

   

You can make this PC Board Plotter Scratcher with simple tools.  A band saw and drill press will work fine.  This does not have to be pretty to work well.  
It needs to be square.  You can use the glides and rails to make the two rails parallel.  This uses Core XY.  I use Dykem a bluing for coloring metal in machine shop for scribing lines.  It holds up well to the etch.  
It scratches easily that is good and bad.  Handle with care.
You must edit the G code calls for Z up and down, to be appropriate for the servo.    
I use DipTrace, Flat Cam and Universal G Code Sender.
