The cuts are about 1.75 inches on a side, on the side of Karen's calf. This stick broke the skin back
to a straight line across the "V". We bandaged and kept it clean for 7 days in the wilderness.
We treated it with triple anti-biotic cream. After 90 days this is Karen's red badge of courage.
